For many years, the garage has been the breeding ground for a wide range of the world's most successful startups. It is against this backdrop that AAU INNOVATE has been built around exactly eight garages specifically dedicated to AAU startups.

Even though they work on different products and have different approaches, they have one thing in common: unique, innovative ideas that can contribute to solving the challenges of today and the future.

Outside the garages, the building is also buzzing with students and researchers participating in AAU's entrepreneurship initiatives. AAU INNOVATE is actually one large incubation environment where one can participate in startup programs and workshops, receive advice and tools from the university's business advisors, spar with other students, and much more.
