As part of AAU's innovation environment, we are now offering departments the opportunity to present themselves in an exhibition at INNOVATE. Here you can read more about how you can participate.

AAU's institutter inviteres nu til at præsentere sig selv i en udstilling i INNOVATE. Udstillingen er placeret på 1. sal i forbindelse med et loungemiljø foran lokale C.104 a+b. Målgruppen er derfor både ansatte og deres gæster - ikke den brede offentlighed.

Formål

Formålet er at vise, hvad der rører sig på jeres institut – forskning, innovation, projekter i et kompakt, kreativt og fysisk format. Vi skaber et stuemiljø, hvor gæster kan opleve eksempler på arbejdet på de forskellige institutter. Du kan også udstille fx seneste spændende bogudgivelse fra dit institut.

Format og plads:

Hvert institut kan bruge ét reolrum. Indvendige mål:

  • Lille kasse: h 565*d 565*b 600 mm
  • Stor kasse: h 1180*d 1180* b 600 mm

Checklist and good advice for your exhibition


Objects and materials:

  • Use physical objects, mock-ups, prototypes or models. You don't need to show the real thing – the communication is more important than the thing working.
  • Should be as self-explanatory as possible, so that you immediately have an idea of ​​what the object can do.
  • Artistic or sensory elements can increase attention. Example: Artificial grass together with laboratory equipment tells about the extraction of proteins from grass.
  • Avoid a cluttered impression – prefer fewer objects with a clear history.

Practicality, safety and durability:

  • Items must not be fragile, flammable, or require supervision.
  • As a general rule, there is no access to electricity in the exhibition.

How to participate

  1. Select items based on the above guidelines
  2. Fill in the sign headings
  3. Send a photo of the object and text to exhibition manager Lene Klitgaard . If you need help and guidance on how to create your exhibition, I am happy to help.
